Hilfe Dbox2 beim gucken Bild und Ton weg

Moin.

 

Gestern hat mich meine gute Dbox2 von Nokia im Stich gelassen.

Als ich 3sat Hitec guckte war plötzlich das Bild schwarz und der Ton weg.

Beim Umschalten bemerkte ich dies auf allen Kanälen. Ich dachte mir ein Neustart würde die Box beruhigen, leider erfolglos.

Auch das Auskühlen über Nacht hat nicht geholfen(dabei war die Box komplett stromlos per Steckerleiste).

 

Ich habe mich schon länger nicht mehr geupdatetd - auf der Box läuft das September Image von 2009 (Keywelt_V1_September_2x_SQUASHFS_2009)

 

Ich hatte damit bis her noch nie Probleme.

 

evt hilft es bei der Fehleranalyse:

- keywelt Menu funktioniert normal

- bootet normal

- sehr hohe Werte bei BNR(200.000), SNR(40.000) und SIG(40.000)

- Bitrate bei 0kbit/s

- neuer Sendersuchlauf war erfloglos (war abzusehen)

 

Ist meine Box hardwaremäßig hinüber?

Weiß jemand Rat?

Also aus dem Log ist erst mal kein Hardwaredefekt zu erkennen. Außer natürlich dem

fehlenden Datenstrom aus dem Tuner. Wenn möglich, prüfe mal nach, ob in der Box

noch alle Betriebsspannungen in der richtigen Höhe vorhanden sind.

danke für eure schnellen Hinweise.

 

Ich habe die Versorungsspannungen und Kabeltunerspannungen gemessen. Dabei sind alle Spannungen im rahmen würde ich mal so sagen. Bei einem Wert dem "Grundspannung 11. +23V LNB; Bel. Display" habe ich 27,34V gemessen - laut dem link ist 27V aber maximum.

Soll ich alle Messwerte nochmal posten?

 

Ich habe auch die Spannung an dem 10 Ohm Widerstand im Tuner gemessen. Diese soll 12V sein. Bei mir habe ich 12,48V gemessen. Wird denke ich hinkommen...

 

hmm was soll ich als nächstes tun? Die Widerstände messen? Also 10 Ohm und 5,6Ohm? Das wird aber sehr schwer

 

Ich habe die Box noch auseinander.

edit: Kann man eine Aussage darüber machen warum das Ding im laufenden Betrieb sich querstellt? Eigentlich müsste doch die Hardware ein Fehler haben wenn sich die Box so normal mit der FB bedienen lässt etc. nur das Bild fehlt halt...

Selbst wenn die Spannungen alle OK sind kann der Tuner trotzdem kaputt sein.

Ohne die Box da zu haben ist es nicht einfach eine Diagnose zu stellen, also entweder an Hrn. Bader zur Reparatur oder eben Tonne.

Um Gottes Willen...

D-Box inne Tonne geht schon gar nicht

Wie Gandal schreibt - dorthin schicken oder mal nach Bastian Rehberg googln - super Preise, schnelles Handling und alles wird gut.

Habe dort sowohl eine Sat wie Kabelbox heilen lassen - super !!
