DBOX2 Image-Flashing-Assistent

Brauche mal euere Hilfe und zwar hab ich ein Problemm mit dem Programm "DBOX2 Image-Flashing-Assistent"

kann damit kein Image mehr auf meine D-Box2 mehr draufspielen.Kommt immer folgende Meldung:

Firewalls und Virenscanner abschalten. Norton AV deinstallieren.
