Na das Keywelt Image März !

Bekommst du hier im DL-Bereich.

Da Nais ja bekanntlich nichts mehr macht, ist das Keywelt Image zur Zeit

der Maibach unter den Dbox Image`s ! (Nur nicht so teuer <_< )

Echt Klasse die schnellen Antworten!!

 

Ich klicke mich gerade ein wenig durch die einzelnen Beitäge und lese viel über das Update K** usw. über Internet. Vielleicht kann mir einer meine Frage beantworten. Meine Box hängt nicht direkt am Internet ich müßte über Laptop und Crosskabel dann ins Internet, würde dann ein Update funktionieren oder werde ich Probleme bekommen?

Was hast Du denn für Netzwerkeinstellungen. Läuft irgenwo im Netz noch ein

DHCP-Server? Was steht denn im oberen grauen Fenster des Bootmanagers

an Logausgaben?

Hmm, da wird ja nicht mal der Bootrequest erkannt. Kann es sein, daß Du ne

reine 100 MBit/s-Netzwerkkarte hast? Mit der geht es nämlich nicht.

Ansonsten mal checken, ob die Link-Led an der Karte überhaupt leuchtet. Da

ist ja so was von tote Hose auf dem Netzwerk.

Also daß die Netzwerkschnittstelle der Box defekt war, ist mir noch nicht unterge-

kommen. Meistens lag's an der Karte, dem Kabel oder Systemeinstellungen.

Wenn Du kannst, nimm einfach mal nen anderen PC oder Laptop. Und achte da-

rauf, daß die Link-LED an der Karte oder am Hub/Switch/Router, wo die Box an-

gesteckt ist, leuchtet. Sonst probierst Du Dir nen Wolf.

Also der Bootrequest kommt zumindestens schon mal durch. Jetzt hast Du aber

immer noch ein massives Problem mit Übertragungsfehlern (Timeout):

Bist Du ganz sicher, daß Du alle Virenscanner, Firewalls (SP2?), Tools zum anony-

men Surfen und Netzwerkanalysatoren deaktiviert hast?

Ich würde Dir doch mal raten, nen anderen PC zu nehmen, um erst mal die Box

als Fehlerursache auszuschließen.

Btw: Wenn Du Norton Antivirus draufhast, reicht einfaches Deaktivieren nicht, der

muß deinstalliert werden.
