Hallo liebe Community,

 

ich habe einen Kabelanschluss bei der KDG.

Ich habe ein Sky Bundesliga/Sport Abo und eine D02 Smartcard (Nagra).

 

Ich versuche schon tagelang die Karte in meiner DBOX 2 (Sagem) zum laufen zu kriegen.

 

Ich kriege scheinbar das Freischaltsignal nicht. Habe schon 4-5 mal ein Signal über die Hotline angefordert.

 

Sky Sport Info ist hell aber selbst nach 3-4 Stunden auf Sky-Bundesliga passiert einfach nichts.

Ich nutze das neuste Keyweltimage.

 

Hat jemand eine Idee, was das Problem sein könnte?
