für eine Projektarbeit muss neben der deutschen Kurzfassung auch ein englisches Abstrct geschrieben werden.

Kann mich dabei jemand unterstützrn?

 

Der deutsche text lautet:

Business Intelligence (BI) kommt im Mittelstand an.

Die XYZ GmbH als ein kleines mittelständisches Unternehmen aus dem Bereich der Umwelttechnik hat frühzeitig erkannt, dass durch richtig und frühzeitig getroffene Entscheidungen Wettbewerbsvorteile am Markt errungen werden können.

Bisher wurden BI-Ansätze vor allem in Großunternehmen und Konzernen genutzt, um riesige Datenmengen handhabbar zu machen, unter analytischen Zielsetzungen aufzubereiten und über Portale den Fach- und Führungskräften entscheidungsorientiert zu präsentieren.

Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Projektarbeit wird die Ausgangssituation der XYZ GmbH in Bezug auf die Implementierung eines BI-Ansatzes sowohl von Seiten der betrieblichen Organisation als auch von Seiten des vorhandenen operativen Datenmaterials untersucht.

Als Ergebnis der Untersuchung wird ein Prototyp in Form eines semantisches Datenmodell erstellt, welches eine dimensionale Speicherung von operativen Daten innerhalb einer integrierten Datenbasis beschreibt.

The XYZ GmbH as a small business from the area of the environmental technology has recognized early that competitive advantages in the market can be gained by decisions made early and properly.

Up to now BI approaches were used above all in large-scale enterprise and groups to make gigantic date amounts manageable, to process under analytic objectives and to present decision-oriented above portals to the professional forces and executives.

Within the scope of the present project work the source situation of the XYZ GmbH is examined concerning the implementing of a BI estimate by sides of the company organization as well as by sides of the available operational data material. As a result of the investigation a prototype is constructed in the form of a semantic data model which describes a dimensional storage of operational data within an integrated date basis.

above all habe ich durch foremost ersetzt, da es eine weniger intensive Bedeutung hat und auch ím Sprachgebrauch eher vorkommt. Above all ist ein wenig zu puristusch. Quasi als Non plus ultra möglich

 

Ansonsten find ichs OK. Vielleicht sieht der eine oder andere ja noch was schwerwiegendes. Lass Dir das hier aber nicht zerfleddern

Bei den Änderungsvorschlägen bin ich bei dir und finde sie auch gut. Hört sich definitiv besser an.

 

Sätze kürzen ist prinzipiell auch nicht falsch, allerdings finde ich, dass sie jetzt auch nicht so etrem lang sind.

Vom Klang her finde ich sie so eigentlich ganz gut und auch angebracht.
