BOX nimmt mein image nicht an :(

Guten Abend!

Wollte gerade ein neues Image flashen, da meine BOX nichtmehr startet.

Wenn ich jetzt ein Image mit dem Bootmanager Flashen will sagt mir mein COM Terminal folgenedes an und bleibt hängen:
