Neue DBOX-Tuner

ich habe heute für mein DBoX2 Nokia Avia500 Kbel neue Tuner gebut aber beim starten bekomme ich fehler kanal nicht verfügbr, Kanal suchen aber dann ohne Kanäle. Andere DBox funktioniert ohne Problem, ist der Tuner defekt oder muss ich noch ws beachten !!!!!
