Product Description: Unique compilation of Deep Purple/Rainbow guitar slinger Ritchie Blackmore's 60's sessions. Title track is one of the rarest, most collectable singles of the 60's. Features many other collectors rarities. Long before he formed Deep Purple, Ritchie Blackmore had already won a sizeable reputation amongst Londons musical cognoscenti. As a sessionman and as featured guitarist with Joe Meeks Outlaws, he had been showing off his skills since the dawn of the 60s. Getaway features the pick of these collectable 60s outings, including his legendary 1965 solo single, his cameos with stars such as Heinz and Lord Sutch, and his contributions to the mysterious Green Bullfrog project.

Schon nicht schlecht, die Zusammenstellung aus seinen Anfängen. Seine Zeit bei den Outlaws, Lancasters, Dominators, Satellites, div. Skiffle Groups, usw.

Wenn einer an Richies kompletter Discographie interessiert ist, dann klick.

Bin mit dieser Musik (und schon vorher) grossgeworden. Für mich ist das größte: "Child in time", besonders die 25 min. Fassung auf LP.

nicht cd - das war mal auf einer LP / Raubdruck, an deren Namen ich nicht mehr erinnere. So, hab mal "geforscht": Konzert in Stockholm, 12.11.1970, 20:29min. Übrigens, Auflistung aller Bootlegs von Deep Purple Hier

Normallänge des Stückes betrug 09:30 - 12:30min
