Coolstream NEO2 bleibt bei Neutrino wird gestartet stehen

Hallo zusammen,

 

habe mir eine gebrauchte NEO2 (Kabel) zugelegt, welche die vorhandenen HD1 Plus (Kabel) ablösen soll. In dem Glauben, dass ich das vorhanden Image aus der HD1 Plus (inkl. Settings) auch auf der NEO2 verwenden kann, habe ich Kernel und SystemFS einfach via USB Stick auf die NEO2 eingespielt. Bedauerlicherweise bleibt die NEO2 nach einem erfolgten Restart bei "Neutrino wird gestartet stehen".

Kann ich das auf der HD1 Plus vorhandene Image (Kernel + SystemFS) nebst Settings nicht einfach via USB auf die NEO2 einspielen? Oder hat die NEO2 Box noch ein anderes Problem, das gelöst werden muss (ich kann die Box per Putty erreichen)?

Zu 1.

Im Grunde ist dein Vorgehen korrekt und sollte keine Probleme machen. Siehe aber unten

Punkte 2a/2b.

Einzig die Netzwerkeinstellungen müssen angepasst werden, falls die HD1 Plus weiterhin

verwendet werden soll. Das gilt auch für die spezielle Zusatzsoftware.

 

Zu 2.

Laut Log wird der Kabel-Tuner nicht gefunden, was defaultmässig zur Folge hat, dass der

SAT-Tuner-Treiber geladen wird, siehe Log, stv090x, avl2108. Dieses Verhalten kann durch

folgende Begebenheiten hervorgerufen werden:

 

2a.

Der Kabel-Tuner ist defekt, falls es sich um eine Kabel NEO Version 2 handelt.

Hat die NEOv2 vor dem Flashen funktioniert?

 

2b.

Die Kabel-Tuner werden nicht erkannt, falls es sich um eine Neo² (TWIN) handelt. Für diese

ist das 1.6er Kw-Image aus 2012 zu alt, da die NEO² (TWIN) erst nach dem 1.6er Kw-Image

auf den Markt kam.

vielen Dank für Deine ausführliche Antwort.

 

Die NEO2 Twin Tuner soll die HD1 Plus ablösen. Insofern sollten die Netzwerkeinstellungen kein Problem darstellen. Da die NEO2 problemlos mit dem Hersteller Image problemlos läuft, kann ein defekter Tuner ausgeschlossen werden. Somit kann das Problem nur durch das veraltete 1.6 Image verursacht werden.

 

Ich werde daher zunächst die HD1 Plus mal auf ein aktuellers Image Release bringen und danach nochmals versuchen, ob ich das aktualisierte Image nebst Settings via USB Stick lauffähig auf die NEO2 bringen kann.

Hallo @ricochez,

ich habe den Eindruck du bist ein "stiller Mitleser", sonst würdest du einiges

grundlegendes nicht kennen, wie z.B. Log-Posting etc. :cool:

 

Gehe bitte folgendermassen vor:

1. Sichere dir nochmals von der HD1 Plus, falls nötig, Kernel und SystemFS.

2, Gehe dann so vor, wie von mir in Post 17, siehe obigen Link Absatz 1 und 2,

beschrieben.

3. Teste danach, ob die HD1 Plus ohne Probleme, wie bisher, funktioniert.

4. Sichere dir danach wiederum Kernel und SystemFS der HD1 Plus.

5. Flashe diese per USB-Stick (kernel.img und system.img) auf die NEO² (TWIN).

 

Danach sollte alles wie vorher funtionieren. Bitte Rückmeldung geben, Danke.

Hallo MacFo,

 

habe (ohne zu wissen, dass Du bereits auf meine letzten Post geantwortet hast ) die Schritte bereits genau so im Kopf gehabt und mit dem 2.01 Image Release auch durchgeführt (wollte mein Glück mit dem 2.10 Release nicht übermäßig herausfordern) :cool:

 

Siehe da, die NEO2 (TWIN) funktioniert :D Auch die Settings der alten HD1 Plus Box wurden mit Ausnahme der Sender problemlos übernommen. Nachdem ich aber einen Sendersuchlauf durchgeführt habe und die vorher mit dem Coolstream Bouquet Editor gesicherten Bouquets von der HD1 Plus auf die NEO2 gespielt habe, war die neue Box exakt so eingerichtet wie die alte.

Eine Wolke ist dann am Horizont doch noch aufgezogen. Beim Zugriff auf das Filmarchiv stützt die neue NEO2 ab (nachdem ich 3-4 Seiten im Archiv geblättert habe). Hat einer eine Idee, woran das liegen könnte? Die Box ist an den gleichen NFS Share (mit den gleichen Mount Optionen) angebunden, an den auch meine andere NEO2 (ebenfalls mit 2.01 Image) reibungslos arbeitet.
